HI, I’M LAUREN!

I live outside Portland, Maine, with my husband, our kids, our crazy dogs, and our sweet horse, Jack. I love working with people wherever they are in their quest for truth, to help bring light to the darkness, and to empower people to live in alignment with their authentic selves.

MY BACKGROUND

I hold a degree in Psychology from Yale University, and spent the first five years after college working in research in the broad fields of psychiatry and neuropsychology at Harvard-affiliated hospitals in the Boston area. I have a love and appreciation for psychotherapy and transformational counseling, and these experiences inform my work in subtle but valuable ways. I am always looking for the highest truth in all people.

HOW CAN I DO THIS WORK?

Some people like to know how I can do this work. This has always been in me. For a very long time, I resisted these abilities and turned them off. Turning off also shut down my creativity and my ability to feel the fullness of life's experiences. Now I approach my ethereal work as a service. Working with my clients is an honor and a privilege to me. I hold this powerful work as a sacred connection, and I feel that it is a gift to me to be able to be with my clients in these profound spaces.
